Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Our minimum order amount is €15.
For discount promotions, the minimum value is €20.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany costs 3.99 €.
We charge a flat rate of €13.99 for deliveries to other EU countries.
You will see the exact shipping costs in the checkout as soon as you enter your delivery address.

We ship exclusively with DHL – fast, insured, and with tracking. We cover most of the costs for this service. We pass on a small portion – for you, this means top-notch delivery instead of cheap shipping.

When is shipping free?

For orders over €42.00 within Germany and over €100.00 to other EU countries, we ship free of charge.

Why do you use DHL and not cheap shippers?

Because you deserve the best: We ship exclusively with DHL – reliable, insured & with tracking.
This will result in slightly higher shipping costs, but we will largely cover this for you.
It is important to us that your order reaches you safely and quickly – without compromise.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We ship from Germany – your package will usually reach you within 1–3 business days. This may vary for other EU countries.
